Leadership DevelopmentAt Faithbridge, a commitment of developing new leaders and the consistent cultivation of personal leadership skills is motivated by our core value of authentic leadership. Leaders In the Know recordings and quarterly All Call Leaders Meetings are the primary tools for on-going leadership training. New and prospective leaders also attend a Leadership Orientation training.
Please contact Christy Sprague, Small Groups Coordinator, for more information on the next Leadership Orientation.
Leaders & Prayer
Faithbridge Lead Team has developed a Faithbridge Leadership Prayer we're calling Declaration of Dependence. Our goal is for all leaders - and the entire congregation for that matter - to pray this regularly.
We also desire to be Homes of Prayer. See how to develop your own family prayer.

What is the pathway to leadership at Faithbridge?
We enjoy seeing both experienced and new leaders emerge into the leadership structure at Faithbridge. We ask newcomers to demonstrate consistent attendance at Faithbridge for six months and complete the membership process prior to moving into leadership.
Leaders, check out the Leaders in the Know page for the most recent information about leadership at Faithbridge from Pastor Ken.
