So Many Choices

This semester, Faithbridge is offering nine studies on campus for women. All are large group teaching with small group format. Children’s program available during Thursday studies. A light dinner is provided prior to the Monday evening study at 6:15pm. 

Thursdays 9:45am Starting September 8 

Faithful, Abundant, & True Kay Arthur, Priscilla Shirer, & Beth Moore
While these three women each speak on a distinctive topic the Holy Spirit had led them to teach, the messages result in a marvelous blend. Kay challenges us to faithfulness in difficult days. Priscilla points to the essential of trust in God’s ability, and Beth teaches on how to discern truth from error in these difficult days.
 
Pursuing Godliness, A Study of 1 Timothy Elizabeth George
What exactly does a godly woman look like? You’ll find the answer in 1 Timothy. With warmth and wisdom, the study looks at how you can make the focus, heart attitudes, and behavior of a godly person the center of your life.
 
Motherwise: Wisdom for Mothers Denise Glenn  (Moms Group)
A Bible study and community of mothers seeking to embrace, educate, and encourage each other in the high-calling of motherhood.  The study materials will take you deep into God’s Word to find the answers of how to build a strong marriage and rear godly offspring.
 
Changing the World Through Prayer! Dr. Bill Bright
By applying the truths in this interactive prayer seminar, you will become equipped to play a vital role in helping people around the globe entrust their lives to Jesus Christ.  The study does more than teach you the basics of prayer; it provides multiple exercises and opportunities for learning to pray more effectively.
 

Mondays 6:30pm Starting September 12

Me, Myself, and Lies  Jennifer Rothschild
Encourages women to clean out the junk in their thoughts and replace these hidden negative thoughts and failures with positive truths from God’s word. Rather than struggling with self-esteem, body image, stress and other unhealthy thoughts and emotions learn to replace the lies you may have been telling yourself with the truth from God’s word.
 
A Woman of Wisdom: Proverbs Dee Brestin  
This study for single women on the Book of Proverbs zeroes in on qualities that describe A Woman of Wisdom. For each quality there are also vivid illustrations of biblical women who embraced or rejected God’s wisdom—women who will make the proverbs come alive for you.
 
Experiencing the Holy Spirit Larry Keefauver
While most Christians have an awareness of the third person of the Trinity, they have little experience of this personhood or power. Experiencing the Holy Spirit shows us how to welcome the Holy Spirit’s presence into their lives and grow in intimate relationship with Him.
 
Mom-to-Mom: Inside-Out Parenting Linda Schultz Anderson
(Moms Group)  As we explore God’s Word together, mothers will gain godly mom-confidence in a confused world, learn to create contagious Christian community amidst a chaotic culture, and grow in our ability to build Christlike character in their kids.
