Keeping Your Information Secure
Faithbridge uses industry-leading church management software called Fellowship One so you can make donations online and securely access your contribution history. Your information is held securely by Fellowship One. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions.
The online giving form is protected with 128-bit encryption security. Encryption is a process that scrambles information into a format that unauthorized parties cannot decode or utilize. The use of 128-bit encryption is the strongest, most secure form of encryption utilized in Internet browsers in North America.
When you create your account, you will use your email address to set your own password. You will be able to donate immediately, but you will not have access to your previous contribution history until your account information has been verified to match our current records. If there is any question, we will contact you before linking your online account to your contribution history.
Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your password. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. Faithbridge will never call you to ask for your login information. To change your password or email address, log in and then click on the Account link in the upper left corner. Or you can reset your password if you forget it.
You can schedule new contributions at any time and modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be canceled.
